Uniform protection for everyone working on construction sites
Accordingly, so-called “entrepreneurs without employees” or “solo self-employed people” will in future also be subject to the same occupational health and safety regulations as employers.
As a reminder: Until now, the occupational safety rules for self-employed people only applied if employees of other employers present on a construction site were at risk.
